…Not only are we pleased with the results of CMI’s collection efforts, the diligence and follow up are extremely helpful to keep me in the loop with progress.  I also gain tremendous benefit from the customer web portal as it gives me the flexibility to review the status of collection efforts at my convenience and be able to add relevant notes.
